Jules Verne, history teacher at a university, decides to give a class dedicated to Nazism and the Second World War. As the sessions advance he begins to suffer insomnia and experience nightmares that relive the atrocities committed during that terrible time. Jules is known for his work creating awareness of the dangers of authoritarianism and his unquestionable fame places makes him a perfect target. More so when a strange Nazi conspiracy against him is discovered. The Tear Collector addresses the social and psychological aspects of Hitler, the man that shocked the world with his cruelty.
